Summary

You will serve as a PROJECT MANAGER in the Project Offices of SUPSHIP GULF COAST.

Duties

You will be charged with driving the on-time delivery of safe, quality, combat-ready warships to the Fleet.

You will be empowered with the full authority of the Project Office to lead an integrated team in a dynamic shipyard environment

You will be the Supervisor's on-site representative, responsible for the total ownership, management, and technical execution of your assigned shipbuilding projects.

You will be responsive to the technical direction from the respective PAE Maritime Program Managers while being directly accountable to SUPSHIP Gulf Coast for delivering results.

You will serve as the primary representative for managing all aspects of assigned projects and lead program management reviews, evaluate compliance with strategic objectives, and hold the entire integrated project team accountable for performance.

You will direct and coordinate with PAE Maritime Program Managers, fleet type commanders, prospective commanding officers, and other commands to ensure absolute alignment.

You will maintain an up-to-date status of all project actions and provide concise, complete, and data-driven weekly and monthly status reports to the Supervisor of Shipbuilding.

You will provide fact-based analysis, a range of risk-informed options, and your definitive recommendation.

You will drive cultural change by improving business processes, implementing better business practices, and fostering more efficient organizations.
