This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Duties
Directs and evaluates Facilities and Infrastructure Program activities; analyzes program performance, proposals, and emerging requirements; and provides recommendations, alternative courses of action, and expert policy advice to senior leadership.
Manages and integrates assigned facilities and infrastructure projects to ensure timely execution, continuity of operations, resolution of deficiencies, and compliance with organizational requirements.
Coordinates with U.S. Army Hawaii, higher headquarters, installations, Joint Service organizations, and external agencies to synchronize infrastructure priorities, pending mandates, and strategic initiatives affecting U.S. Army Garrison Hawaii.
Serves as staff action officer for facilities and infrastructure matters; prepares correspondence, information papers, fact sheets, reports, studies, and briefings; and leads the coordination, staffing, tracking, and follow-up of assigned actions.
Conducts program evaluations, inspections, and staff assistance visits to assess compliance with program policies and plans, determine whether mandatory requirements are met, and evaluate Directorate and garrison program delivery.
