Summary
You will serve as a Program Manager in the SYSCOM Security Cooperation Department of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND .
Duties
You will direct the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of requirements, fiscal adequacy and planned progress.
You will identify and defend resource requirements for life-cycle management of the assigned program.
You will direct the preparations of documents, specifications, requirements, criteria, and standards that define needs and parameters of a program.
You will assure that all planning is fully integrated with the overall program team effort and that of other participating services and agencies when involved.
You will manage requirements/design tradeoffs and overall risks.
You will be responsible for team building.
Education
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PPP applicants will be placed at the FPL, if determined Well Qualified (WQ). To receive priority consideration, the FPL must be the same grade level or equivalent of the retained grade or the grade held immediately prior to separation.
