Duties
Performs a broad range of analytic assignments entailing unique problems, creativity, innovative use of techniques, advanced approaches/methodologies, and/or new technologies. Develops, Maintains, and automates data-processing and analytic workflows using programming languages and data-management and analytics platforms. Researches, analyzes, accesses, develops, conducts and prepares Targets and Sustainment Lines, Accountability Gaps, Measures of Effectiveness (MoE), and Training and Learning requirements. Documents planning and programming decisions/recommendations in appropriate formats to meet program requirements.
