Duties
Directs, integrates, and evaluates production planning, scheduling, estimating, production systems, workflow management, production execution, quality assurance, and operational support functions to ensure accomplishment of strategic objectives.
Ensures production requirements are effectively planned, scheduled, prioritized, executed, and completed in accordance with agency mission requirements, customer commitments, security requirements, quality standards, and statutory deadlines.
Directs enterprise operational analyses involving production costs, labor utilization, equipment capacity, workload forecasting, production throughput, and organization performance.
Performs the full range of management and supervisory work. Manages through subordinate supervisors to accomplish administrative and technical supervision of the work.
Education
Substitution of education may be used to meet Individual Occupational Requirement (IOR) for this grade level, but it cannot be substituted for specialized experience.
