Summary

About the Position: The Huntsville Center Contracting Directorate is seeking a GS-1102-13 Procurement Analyst to serve within the Operations Branch. The incumbent serves as a senior analyst and subject matter expert responsible for procurement systems, data integrity, operational processes, and systems-related policy supporting Huntsville Center's contracting mission. Position location-negotiable at approved worksites.

Duties

Serves as a senior analyst and recognized subject matter expert responsible for developing systems-related policies and procedures.

Diagnoses and resolves system errors, data conflicts, and integration issues, and coordinates with system owners and administrators to implement solutions.

Serves as the Huntsville Center CPARS Agency Point of Contact, providing program administration, oversight, technical guidance, and support for contractor performance evaluations.

Monitors enterprise contracting systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements.

Provides analytical oversight and support for contract lifecycle management processes, including monitoring contract closeout status.

Develops, updates, and standardizes SOPs and guidance to improve system use and data quality.

To be considered well-qualified and receive selection priority applicants must satisfy all qualification requirements for the position and receive a score of 90 or above.
