This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the Certain Competitive Service / Modified Direct Hire Authority. Duties
You will provide technical oversight on the judicious use of proficiency funding to support pilot and aircrew readiness.
You will facilitate the negotiation and resolution of complex airspace scheduling conflicts with external partners, ensuring operational schedules optimize airspace use while maintaining safety and interoperability.
You will contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans that influence NAWCWD and NAVAIR direction.
You will develop long-term strategic plans related to joint airspace utilization and the management of Naval Test Pilot School (TPS) billet allocations.
You will plan, direct, schedule, and establish priorities for all technical efforts under your jurisdiction.
You will monitor all expenditures and oversee allocation across multiple squadrons.
You will negotiate and resolve complex airspace scheduling conflicts with partners.
You will prepare and deliver briefings to senior leadership, including weekly updates and recurring briefings Commanders.
