Duties
Coordinate patient scheduling activities of the medical facility to ensure a smooth flow of daily services.
Verify patient enrollment and eligibility for treatment.
Assist in reviewing initiated referrals to specialty clinics within the Military Treatment Facility.
Review all medical records documents to ensure accuracy of information.
Initiate telephone consultation for the provider to input referrals and authorizations.
Education
