Summary

About the Position: Incumbent is responsible for managing the recruitment and retention programs (e.g., Talent Outreach , Summer Intern Program, and Training Management) for the Kansas City District workforce.

Duties

Collaborate with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to understand workforce needs.

Analyze data to determine appropriate courses of action.

Develop and execute strategy to meet the needs of a dynamic workforce.

Coordinate and participate in recruitment events throughout the Midwest.

Establishes relationships and develops partnerships in private industry, academia, among others.
