Duties
If selected at the GS-11 level, duties will be performed in a developmental capacity.
Responds to customer concerns regarding inquiries related to the Federal Logistics Information System (FLIS), and the supporting applications, tools,...
... and products utilized by the customers (military, DLA, Federal Agencies, Whole of Government, and contractors).
Reviews all promotional materials, campaigns and communications to ensure positioning and messaging are aligned with target audiences.
Relays customer concerns to the appropriate program management office to improve logistical support applications, tools, and systems.
Develops and creates agency approved surveys to rack and capture customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Manage Logistics Operations web based platforms to include the creation of new web page strategies and design standards (currently using AFPIMS) with regard to Federal Law, Section 508 of the Disabilities Act.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
