Summary

You will serve as a Logistics Management Specialist (Technical Data Management) in the MRO Logistics Department of FLTREADCEN EAST.

Duties

You will provide oversight of technical data distribution and all related functions, systems and resource requirements.

You will find and implement ways to eliminate or reduce significant technical data distribution bottlenecks and barriers to production, promote team building, or improve logistics support practices.

You will contact the Naval Air Technical Data and Engineering Service Command (NATEC) to arrange for NAVY procurement, when applicable, and arranges for distribution to FRCE or field team site.

You will conduct yearly audit on FRCEASTINST 5605.5 to ensure continued applicability to FRCE processes.

Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: For the GS-11 Position: Successfully a completed a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree. OR Successfully completed three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
