Duties
Serve as a Logistics Planner for the Defense Logistics Agency Europe and Africa (DLA EuAfr) Regional Synchronization Operations Center (RSOC) with Liaison to US European Command (USEUCOM), US African Command (AFRICOM) Plans and Operations Group.
Coordinate/advise Combatant Command (CCMD) Service Component Planners on DLA's ability to enhance combat readiness through integrated application of DLA's existing CONUS and OCONUS logistics resources/capabilities.
Develop, evaluate and manage contingency and exercise plans for completeness and accuracy in conjunction with defense activity use.
Execute worldwide and regional exercises related to contingencies, mobilization, and emergency operations.
Analyze mission objectives to determine the type and extent of support required, coordinates with functional specialists to ensure adequate provisions for manpower, supplies, equipment and services.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
