Duties
Prepare reports and maintain records of work accomplished and coordinates the preparation, presentation and communication of work-related information to the supervisor.
Lead the team in assessing its strengths and weaknesses and provides leadership to the team in exploring alternatives and determining what improvements can be made.
Perform duties associated with manufacturing, production, schedule and delivery management of contracts from a risk-based approach.
Assist in developing and attaining complex technical Industrial Specialist performance commitments by engaging all team and CMO resources, skills, knowledge, and abilities.
Review and verify accuracy of contractors reports and advises the contracting officers of required actions.
Communicate to the team the organizations goals, strategic plan, mission, vision and values.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
