Duties
Advise management on the effective use of personnel and guide/manage all joint reserve programs spanning readiness, retention, assignments and promotions as well as others.
Develop and maintain military manpower and HR programs to improve joint forces efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Develop project plans and independently execute assignments while advising management to improve DISA/WPSB efficiency.
Recommend allocation of military billets and staffing for subordinate organizations based on required operational skills.
Provide statistical reports on program trends to directors, suggest operational improvements, and execute special projects.
Education
SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE AT GS-09 LEVEL: Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education, or Master's or equivalent graduate degree such as LL.B. or J.D., may be substituted to meet the experience requirement. SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE AT GS-11 LEVEL: Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.To be creditable, education must have been obtained in an accredited college or university.
