Duties

You will advise and perform on all phases of budget administration.

You Will formulate and defend cost estimates; reviews budget requests; and manages the control, execution, and reporting of obligations and expenditures. Develops and interprets budgetary policies and practices

You will Implement regulatory controls over approved budgets and advises on efficient fund acquisition and utilization to support command programs and Conduct cost-benefit analyses of alternative financial management methods

You will execute a variety of fiscal, accounting, and financial management duties as required to support changing organizational needs

You will serve as the senior Financial Management Analyst for NOTU, providing guidance and training to junior analysts and program element managers within the command

You will serve as the alternate command Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Time and Attendance. Resolving routine and complex time-card, leave, and coding issues, including advanced research into abnormal work schedules
