Summary
This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Full Performance Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA-Global Business Operations Division, Command Support Branch.
Duties
Assists primary Facility Manager in the administration of facility management policy and procedures.
Assists with space management by updating the facility seating chart monthly and providing daily occupancy reports.
Coordinates all maintenance and repairs to the building and support systems.
Serves as a Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), including administering all contracts pertaining to building maintenance, custodial service, emergency generator service, grounds maintenance, and trash removal.
Writes the statement of work, provides technical advice and inspects contractor performance.
Analyzes feeder reports from various Project Management organizations, prepares reports, designs detailed charts and graphs.
Education
GG-9 Substitution of Education for Experience: Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education, Master's or equivalent graduate degree, may be substituted to meet the qualifying experience requirement. If you are using education to substitute for the qualifying experience, you must submit transcripts at the time you apply. To be creditable, education must have been obtained in an accredited college or university.
