Summary
This position is in the Professional Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. This position is for DISA White House Communications Agency at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, District of Columbia.This is an Excepted Service position and does not confer eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. If you are a current Federal Career/Career-Conditional employee, you will be placed on an Excepted appointment under 10 U.S.C. 1599f.
Duties
Develop/monitor the execution of facility maintenance and sustainment annual budget for utilities, facility support services, File Server Resource Manager (FSRM), refuse and hazardous materials collections, and real property purchases (lifecycle).
Serve as WHCA liaison for recurring and non-recurring services and studies and reports to host organizations, such as 11th Civil Engineer Squadron (CES), 11th Contracting Squadron (CONS), and others.
Formulate facility and space policy and facility Property Operation and Maintenance (POMs) for WHCA in accordance with Installation Facility Standards (IFS), identifying program emphasis and recommending operating guidelines.
Provide oversight for the execution of facilities/safety activities, and directs a wide range of program and/or support areas for the Facilities Management Division.
Education
