Summary

You will function as a Logistics Management Specialist within the NAWCAD Mission Systems Group, and Logistics Management Department, and supporting the Joint Fighter Program Office (JSFPO) in Arlington, VA.

Duties

You will act as the single authority on program/project logistics/product and maintenance planning and execution for program reviews, contract reviews, briefing, budget hearing, etc.

You will establish and maintain contact with personnel and high-level officials throughout the fleet, field, and NAVAIR; and other SYSCOM’s and military departments; at higher Navy Levels; and at contractors’ plants and offices.

You will interface with internal and external contacts in order to exchange information, develop or interpret requirements, enforce adherence to policies and specifications, and negotiate approval of suggestions and requests.

You will ensure milestones are met as well as identifying deficiencies to make necessary adjustment in support of assigned program.

You will accomplish other duties as assigned.
