Duties
The incumbent will represent Departmental Offices in matters before the EEOC, MSPB, and other administrative fora, and will assist the Department of Justice in defending employment-related federal litigation involving Treasury. The incumbent will also advise Departmental Offices managers on personnel matters, and assist with the formulation of Department-wide HR guidance.
Education
All academic degrees and coursework must be completed at a college or university that has obtained accreditation or pre-accreditation status from an accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. How you will be evaluated
EXPERIENCE DESIRED FOR THE POSITION, INCLUDE: Three or more years' experience litigating matters before the EEOC and MSPB. Significant experience advising federal managers on HR-related matters. You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications .
