The primary purpose of this position is: to provide advanced technical service in applications programming; installation and maintenance of hardware; and installation, upgrade, and maintenance of software.
Duties
Responsible for limited specialized projects and assignments involving development, test, implementation, and modification of computer programs and operating procedures. Installs and maintains hardware. Installs, upgrades, and maintains software. Schedules, maintains, and provides advice on formulation of job requests and computer programs for which the guidelines may provide for judgmental deviations. Provides guidance and assistance to customers.
