Summary

You will serve as an Administrative/Technical Specialist (EOD STILO) in the Assistant to the Executive Manager for EOD Technology and Training Department, 00/TD - Command Division of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-06 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-14 and GS-15.

Duties

You will lead, manage, and coordinate the EODTT Threat Assessment process.

You will coordinate and synchronize all EODTT intelligence activities across the Services, Combatant Commanders and Command while maintaining a current file of technical intelligence requirements pertaining to activity acquisition and RDTE projects.

You will provide support to the EODTT capability assessment process; provide the EOD prioritized threat list, and details of the threats, help the groups analyze and make decisions about the ability to perform EOD missions against those threats

You will liaison with the EOD procedures developers to ensure they are using the EOD prioritized threat list to prioritize procedure development and updates.

You will maintain global awareness of Service activities and develop and maintain the EODTT Program's Technical Intelligence Requirements.

You will ensure that joint Service EOD weapon systems development and acquisition programs consider and use current threat intelligence germane to EOD and appropriate to their programs.

You will review proposed technical approaches and proposed technical development and test plans for appropriate and adequate intelligence needs and input.

You will serve as EODTT Program tasking authority for COLISEUM, develop and coordinate the submission of requests for threat support, Intelligence Production/Collection Requirements (IPRs/ICRs), and Statements of Intelligence Interest (SIIs).

You will assist the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) in obtaining EOD technical expertise when requested by the intelligence community via COLISEUM or other appropriate mechanisms.

You will maintain liaison with the STILOs and SIOs of other Services and commands, UARCs, RDTE Centers, and Laboratories, and act as the EOD primary point of contact with the intelligence community.

You will serve as the EODTT Program's tasking authority for required intelligence and threat support.

You will serve as the EODTT Program's point of contact to special inter-agency support between the Navy and other departments and agencies of the U.S. Government.

You will serves as EOD Scientific and Technical Intelligence Liaison Officer (STILO)
