Summary
About the Position: Serves as administrative liaison in direct support of the Division Chief and Deputy on matters requiring judicious, confidential consideration and handling and pursues such matters to acceptable conclusion. Interprets regulations, procedures, and policies relative to administrative actions.
Duties
Keeps supervisors calendar and schedules appointments and meetings on own initiative.
Takes lead in developing new methods of automating office records and renders advice and recommendations for purchase of computer resources.
Assists in administering the hand receipt under supervision of the hand receipt holders.
Coordinates routine and complex travel arrangements including remote international locations for employees.
Serves as timekeeper and performs all time and attendance and related duties for all employees using an automated reporting system.
