Summary

You will serve as a SUPV MANAGEMENT SERVICES SPECIALIST in the Administrative Department of NAVAL SHIP REPAIR FACILITY and Japan Regional Maintenance Center Detachment, Sasebo, Japan. ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.

Duties

You will advise the OIC, execute a $400K+ training budget, administer the overhead budget, and streamline detachment-wide administrative operations.

You will direct USCS and Japanese National manpower and position programs, serving as the command's primary advisor and liaison to the HRO.

You will manage physical, information, and force protection programs, oversee key control, and serve as the OIC's crisis advisor.

You will directly supervise three USCS, two military, and 13 Japanese National division employees, setting their priorities, schedules, and evaluations.
