Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAINING ADMINISTRATOR in the AFLOAT WORKFORCE (N12A2) of MILITARY SEALIFT COMMAND.
Duties
You will serve as the Afloat Workforce Development Manager, directing the MSC Workforce Development Division.
You will manage career progression frameworks, coordinate with internal/external maritime training facilities, and analyze training metrics to optimize program effectiveness and ensure a highly skilled, credentialed, and mission-ready workforce.
You will direct the design, development, modernization, and implementation of curriculum content.
You will evaluate the performance of government and contracted personnel.
You will serve as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for maritime training and EdTech contracts.
