You will serve as a Supervisory Program Manager with Bureau of Reclamation. Reclamation is seeking a career professional looking for an opportunity to capitalize on their expertise as a Supervisory Program Manager. You can make a difference in the West by assisting in meeting increasing water demands while protecting the environment. Duty Location: Sacramento, California Lakewood, Colorado This is not a remote position.
Duties
1. Plans and assigns and evaluates work performance; provides advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on work and administrative matters; hears and resolves complaints from employees; identifies and provides for developmental and training needs of employees. 2. Defines and align program goals with agency-wide strategic priorities for WaterSMART program. 3. Establishes and adjusts program policies, priorities, and operating guidelines to improve service delivery and ensure responsiveness to evolving mission needs. 4. Develops WaterSMART program management policy and procedures that cover environmental, sustainability, and cultural resources program. 5. Analyzes, interprets, and oversees the implementation of WaterSMART program management policies.
Requirements
