Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the ENGINEERING AND PLANNING DEPARTMENT, WATERFRONT FINANCIAL AND WORKLOAD ASSESSMENT OFFICE, CODE 220.3 of PSNS and IMF.
Duties
You will plan and carry out the work, interpreting laws, rules, and regulations regarding recruiting and managing federal civilian employees
You will resolve conflicts that arise and coordinates the work of others having the ability to illicit teamwork and cooperation by use of exceptional interpersonal skills.
You will exercise good judgment before making a commitment to any level of supervision that involves changes to committed resources.
You will manage input from engineering divisions to build the department Workload and Resource Report and workload assessments.
You will direct preparation of workload performance trends and support Corporate Support Resource Team.
