Summary
About the Position: Information Management Division Chief in the Directorate of Engineering & Cyber at Tobyhanna Army Depot. This position will be filled using the Direct Hiring Authority (DHA) for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in Department of Defense (DoD).
Duties
Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with plans, policies, guidance, procedural standards, infrastructures, and architectures that establish the framework for the management of assigned information technology systems.
Prepare and present justification for organization structure, manpower, and personnel requirements to accomplish assigned mission and functions.
Responsible for the execution of technical, administrative and personnel management responsibilities related to the accomplishment of the mission.
Represent the organization's capabilities through various forums and planning sessions to develop new workloads and customers.
Establish performance standards, administer leave, fill vacant positions, initiate disciplinary actions, recommend awards, and hear and resolve grievances for subordinate employees.
Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set priorities, and schedule completion dates.
Ensure the optimum operation of systems and quality of services are not compromised as new systems are integrated and upgraded into the existing architecture.
