Summary
You will serve as a RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST in Code 300.1, the Operations Department of PSNS and IMF. SALARY GS-09: $69,373 - $90,190 GS-11: $83,935 - $109,122
Duties
You will assist in developing resource mitigation strategies.
You will prepare and issue reports using computer databases that include leave, overtime, training qualifications and schedules.
You will validate the training and medical qualification programs for the department.
You will coordinate departmental travel selection and government credit card maintenance.
You will coordinate with shops, departments and projects to identify resource and manning requirements.
You will evaluate overall project workload, identify priorities and shift assignments accordingly.
Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Substitution of education for GS-09:Education may be substituted for specialized experience as follows: Completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree (Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.) ~OR~ Completion of 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree (Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.) ~OR~ Completion of a LL.B. or J.D., if related (Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.) Substitution of education for GS-11: Education may be substituted for specialized experience as follows:Completion of Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree (Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.) ~OR~ 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree (Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.) ~OR~ LL.M., if related (Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.)
