Summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the SYSCOM SECURITY COOPERATION DEPARTMENT of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.
Duties
You will analyze needs and synthesizes requirements information to develop requirements for program initiatives and planning.
You will identify and defends resource requirements (funding, manpower, facilities, etc.) for life-cycle management of the assigned program.
You will, under the general supervision of the Program Manager or principal deputy, be responsible for the delivery of the assigned product within allocated cost, schedule, technical and support bounds
You will serve as liaison and representative in negotiations with other commands and offices of the Navy, DoD, other governmental agencies and private organizations on matters pertaining to the assigned program.
You will ensure that all program participants, both Government and contract organizations, keep program personnel advised of the status and progress of work efforts under their cognizance
