Summary
You will serve as a Program Analyst in Financial Systems Department, General Fund Business Office Division, and Organization Change Management Branch of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Duties
You will estimate resources requirements of systems (both existing and conceptual), to include acquisition programmatic changes that may impact resource requirements and lifecycle costs and effects.
You will perform complex research tasks to obtain a variety of cost, schedule, and performance data for an aviation acquisition weapons system program.
You will conduct in-depth analyses to derive relationships among system parameters, schedule variations, and costs.
You will provide recommendations to senior officials for preparing, documenting, validating, and presenting resources requirements for assigned program/project.
You will utilize advanced mathematical, economic analysis, operations research, and computer modeling techniques to perform work tasks.
You will interpret policies and procedures promulgated by higher authorities to determine their effect on aviation acquisition weapons system program needs.
You will prepare in-depth written and oral presentations, reports, and other technical documentation for stakeholders on aviation acquisition weapons system program status, technical problems, scheduling, and costs.
You will accomplish other duties as assigned.
