Duties

As a Program Analyst at the NH-0343-3 some of your typical work assignments may include: Lead Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Ground Testing in the budgeting, planning, integration, and execution of Missile DefenseAgency (MDA) Ground Test (GT), large scale distributed hardware in the loop testing. Support delivery of Missile Defense System combat system computer program baselines through ground testing. Identify GT resource requirements and make recommendations on resource allocations. Coordinate ground test planning and execution including test plans, resources, facilities, personnel, Hardware and Software assets, and data collection and analysis efforts. Manage pre and post mission milestone reviews in accordance with the MDA ground test concept of operations.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
