Summary
This vacancy announcement may be used to fill positions at various Department of the Navy Commands, including but not limited to the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program (NNPP - NAVSEA 08) of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA). Salary Range by Geographic Location: Idaho Falls, ID - $106,437 to $163,514 Schenectady, NY - $109,810 to $168,696 Pittsburgh, PA - $110,047 to $169,060 Washington, D.C. - $121,785 to $187,093 The BR-03 pay pand is equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14 grade levels.
Duties
You will conduct research and analysis to provide technical insight into operations that would remain unknown that could hinder programs for operating in an efficient and effective manner.
You will gather data and formulate dashboards, graphs, or tables that provide context into the components that support organizational programs and highlight area of concern or deficiencies.
You will analyze program adjustments and evaluate the impact of alternative levels of effort and resources on accomplishing established objectives and develops.
You will perform comparative analysis of the funding levels for various interagency programs to identify deficiencies, parity, or critical factors contributing to the success or efficiency of operations.
You will conduct studies, gather program documentation, analyze metrics and data to provide an objective assessment of program performance.
