Duties

Perform complex, subjective data analytics grounded in DoW Policy and Procedures related to defense-related critical application decisions.

Assist in program development and modernize existing logistics information processes to optimize DLA Vendor support across the DoW supply chain.

Analyze and structure databases and data files to extract key elements, creating statistical reports to measure mission effectiveness and back recommendations.

Collaborate with senior analysts to define project scopes, draft execution plans, and lead cross-functional task groups to meet milestones.

Present and articulates task group objectives, methodology, and progress to management and external organizational representatives.

Conduct capability research, formulate business case analyses, and provide workload capacity recommendations to guide team objectives.

Participate in high-level conferences to align policy, explain project feasibility, resolve disputes, and maintain communication lines across DLA.

Education

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
