Duties
Develops assigned plans, programs, and special projects utilizing knowledge of missions, policies and functions of Command Support Office (CSO), DLA Troop Support, and the four supply chain worldwide missions and functions.
Interacts with all levels of management and provides advice and guidance as well as conducts reviews and analyses of People and Culture and operations.
Serves as project team manager or member of The People and Culture team to coordinate/conduct individual analyses, special studies, programs.
Conducts current and projected resource studies, requiring the development of new approaches, techniques and practices to ensure effective and uninterrupted fiscal/administrative support of the People and Culture mission...
...and the Major Subordinate Command's (MSC) evolving and diversified People and Culture mission.
Assures consistency in understanding and application of DLA Troop Support policies; develops local/supplementary/internal operating procedures and guidance/criteria as necessary to insure consistency of interpretation of issuances.
Organizes, leads and assesses Troop Support People and Culture programs.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
