Duties
The Management Analyst is responsible for managing HR programs related to staffing, classification, employee and labor relations, workforce development, and equal employment opportunity. In this position, you will: Conduct workforce planning and organizational assessments by analyzing staffing levels, position management, workload allocation, and competency needs, and recommends strategies to optimize workforce performance and achieve program goals. Provide HR advisory services to managers and employees on staffing, recruitment, classification, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and employee development. Provide strategic HR policy and program support by advising leadership on personnel policies, procedures, and workforce management matters. Serve as the technical expert for HR information systems, overseeing data maintenance, reporting, and electronic processes while providing user support and guidance.

Knowledgeable in HR process automation, electronic forms, workflow solutions, and training tools.
