As a Lead Management and Program Analyst, you will direct a cross-functional team, drive Salesforce product strategy, lead Agile development, conduct program analysis, engage stakeholders, and deliver solutions supporting OCON acquisition operations.
Duties
Serve as the senior lead analyst and product owner, providing functional and technical leadership for a Salesforce platform supporting OCON acquisition operations.
Direct a diverse team of analysts, technical specialists, and developers, balancing workloads, fostering collaboration, mentoring staff, and ensuring effective execution of mission priorities.
Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap, apply Agile and Scrum methodologies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to align system capabilities with evolving mission and regulatory requirements.
Conduct complex organizational and program analyses, evaluate business processes, validate data accuracy, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance acquisition mission performance and support executive decision-making.
Lead stakeholder alignment activities, facilitate transparent communication, negotiate competing priorities, and represent OCON in collaborative forums to ensure solutions meet strategic objectives and operational needs.
Maintain awareness of Federal Acquisition Regulation, DHS and USCIS policies, and IT standards, providing authoritative guidance to inform system strategy, product direction, and compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
Apply advanced Agile and Scrum practices to manage product development activities, including backlog management, sprint planning, user story development, and prioritization to optimize team performance and deliver mission value.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend training and workforce development initiatives, and support performance management to strengthen organizational effectiveness and operational controls.
Prepare and deliver leadership briefings, reports, and recommendations regarding program performance, organizational risks, resource requirements, and future initiatives to inform executive decision-making.
Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders to enhance system functionality, improve reporting capabilities, strengthen data accuracy, and guide the modernization of enterprise business solutions supporting acquisition operations.
