Summary
This position is located at Bureau of the Fiscal Service, End User Operations Branch. As a lead IT Specialist (CUSTSPT), you will provide end-user operational support and ensure IT System compliance. The mission of the User Services Division is to evaluate, integrate and support innovative technologies and workplace services to help Fiscal Service program areas achieve their goals.
Duties

As a Lead IT Specialist (CUSTSPT), you will: Support and maintain end user equipment which includes personal computer (PC) equipment, printers, storage devices, monitors, docking stations, and specialized equipment used by various offices throughout Fiscal Service. Provide support for the mobile devices in the bureau such as laptop hardware, software, connectivity, encryption and cellular and smart phone services. Troubleshoot end user computing issues in conjunction with the team and other support personnel Receive, evaluate, and respond to customer reports of systems and or equipment failures. Prioritize, schedule, and track requests and problems identified to ensure timely and complete responses to users
Requirements
