Summary

About the Position: Serves as the technical expert for Information Technology (IT) Customer Support Lead within a District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Multiple positions may be filled from this announcement. The initial length of this overseas tour is 36 months (ZAMA) or 24 months (OKINAWA).

Duties

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer-reported system incidents, problems, and events.

Install, configure, and validate hardware, software, and peripheral equipment in accordance with organizational standards.

Monitor client-level computer system performance, identify causes of degradation, and implement corrective actions.

Recommend enhancements to software and hardware solutions based on trend analysis to improve customer experience.
