Duties
You will provide technical support for networks, C4 systems, cyber monitoring and training, documentation to users, ensuring seemless technology operations and user proficiency.
You will assist in the oversite of contractors internal/external responsible for providing technical training to the CIVMAR C4 workforce.
You will provide customer support to N6 Branches and designated contractors in implementing training on new systems and material and oversees training aid and device requirements and innovative educational media programs.
You will evaluate effectiveness of technical and operational training programs to meet mission requirements and provide operational support; delivers findings to management.
You will respond to data calls requested by internal and/or external stakeholders as they pertain to the C4 workforce.
