Summary

You will serve as an Intelligence Specialist in the Operations Oversight Department of NAVAL INTELLIGENCE ACTIVITY.

Duties

You will serve as the lead for management and oversight of the U.S. Navy Asset Validation/Risk Management (AVRM) Program, responsible for U.S. Navy fleet, expeditionary, special warfare, and irregular warfare operations.

You will provide advice on HUMINT doctrine and training regarding AVRM requirements and compliance with Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of War (DoW) directives and instructions.

You will represent the U.S. Navy Enterprise stakeholders on AVRM policies and programs, organizing, planning, staffing, and tracking U.S. Navy AVRM proposals.

You will prepare and present briefs and Navy correspondence, to include strategies, instructions, directives and memorandums, on AVRM Programs.

You will manage the U.S. Navy AVRM review process such as scheduling source reviews, collecting inputs, providing inputs to source review panel members, and providing panel results to affected elements.

You will develop, plan, support, and provide guidance, assistance, and oversight on all U.S. Navy interrogation functions and activities; and review and coordinate interrogation procedures throughout the U.S. Navy and greater DoD HUMINT Enterprise.

Education

You must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone; substitution of education for experience is not permitted at this grade level.
