Duties

You will serve as a technical expert for Information Technology (IT) in support of Marine Corps (MC), Department of the Navy (DoN), and Department of Defense (DoD) programs.

You will participate in the entire lifecycle of software applications, including design, development, testing, installation, and support, while also engaging in technical reviews and risk management.

You will apply analytical processes to plan, design, and implement new or improved information systems that meet customer business requirements.

You will conduct needs analyses, consult with customers to define requirements, develop system specifications, and prepare business cases for IT solutions.

You will manage or assist in managing complex IT projects, coordinating with various organizations for the planning, development, and implementation of new systems.

You will provide comprehensive support for all testing levels (acceptance, beta, unit, QA), manage concurrent development, and deliver user training.

You will formulate, recommend, and implement configuration management policies to document and control system characteristics throughout the development lifecycle.
