Summary
This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Human Capital (OHC), Workforce Management Group (WMG), Division of Workforce Compliance (DWC). As a HR Specialist (Employee Relations), GS-0201-13, you will be responsible for providing opinions on the full range of HR management issues, with a particular emphasis on workplace harassment prevention, administration, and employee relations.
Duties
Perform intake and triage of cases to determine the appropriate resolution path.
Conduct administrative investigations into workplace harassment including sexual harassment, employee misconduct, policy violations.
Review employee relations program activities and provides advice on complex and multi- faceted issues.
Provide managers with interpretations of the Agency’s employee relations procedures, practices, policies, and guidelines.
