Duties

You will maintain all execution year requirements for the Resource Management Division.

You will perform budget formulation and budget execution of all programs as required.

You will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and financial operations.

You will utilize financial systems, including Command Financial Management System (CFMS), Program Budget Information System (PBIS), and Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI), to manage internal controls of Navy and Intelligence resources.

You will serve as the financial technical authority and provide advice on the full range of accounting, budgeting, manpower, and financial management activities.

You will control financial resources allocated to the organization, making recommendations for financial rebalancing as appropriate.

You will utilize knowledge of accounting and financial management concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations.
