Summary
This position serves as a Data Analytics Specialist for the USPFO, position description T5879000. The purpose of this position is to be responsible for administering and coordinating a complex data analytics program across the Army and Air National Guard within the state with external recipients, ARNG units, ANG wings and Joint Forces Headquarters staff offices.
Duties
As an DATA ANALYTICS SPECIALIST, GS-0301-12, you will: Provide technical advice on all aspects of data analytics Responsible for administering and coordinating a complex data analytics portfolio including Army and Air National Guard and highly technical special projects. Communicate and coordinates with content managers to ensure content conforms to Section 508, DoD, DFAS Site Office standards and policy, analytical visualizations, and content best practices. Utilize expertise in interpreting, developing, and applying appropriate data to generate usable products that enable leaders to make informed decisions about the enterprise related to business processes, management, and efficiencies. Counsel and advise others including Federal staff, and recipients to accomplish the program goals. Perform qualitative and quantitative techniques to analyze and measure the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of National Guard programs (examples include Comptroller, Logistics, Real Property, Maintenance, and Human Resources). Provide technical guidance in the development and review of policy and procedural issuances from the Department, the agency, and Operational Directorates related to data analysis. Perform other duties as assigned.
