Summary

The primary purpose of this position is to perform duties as primary point of contact for the installation civilian payroll program. Responsible for resolving difficult complex actions which require research, analysis, audits and reconciliation of payroll. Performs time sensitive functional reviews, revising local processes and procedures.

Duties

Serves as primary point of contact for all finance-related requirements of the Civilian Payroll/timekeeping Program. Leverage existing processes to identify and assess risk using data analytics for accurate reporting in identifying problems and trends. Performs miscellaneous duties in support of the payroll function. Responsible for prompt, professional, customer service in person, by telephone and/or through correspondence (e.g., answers written inquiries, prepares letters to obtain missing information, etc.) related to civilian pay.
