About the Position: Works under the general direction of the HQDA Chief of Staff Army, Budget Management Branch, Washington, D.C.
Duties
Develop and maintains effective financial management controls, systems, and procedures for safeguarding optimum and efficient Office of the Chief of Staff Army (OCSA) and Army funds.
Analyze Program Objective Memorandum (POM), budget guidance, and fiscal instructions to determine the impact on OCSA operations
Distribute fiscal resources from the final annual spending plan to appropriate subordinate elements using resource management databases
Maintain the formulation, defense, execution, and management of personnel and equipment resourcing requirements in the Table of Distribution and Allowances.
Review the setup, implementation, and sustainment of the Defense Travel System (DTS) for all agencies under the Office of the Chief of Staff, Army (OCSA), as the site coordinator and budget analyst.
